Profile and origin

Notes of caramel, peach and honey, with medium-high acidity and citrus nuances. Grown at El Guamito farm in the rural district of El Alto, Pinchote, Santander, Colombia, at 1,700 meters above sea level.

Selection and processing

A single-origin microlot, without blends. Medium roast and traditional washed processing. Special selection: 30 out of every 100 beans become part of the microlot.

Brewing and storage

Choose whole beans if you have a grinder, or ground coffee for your brewing method. Keep the coffee in its tightly closed bag, in a cool, dry place, away from light and strong odors.
