Profile and origin

Grown at La Cajita farm in the rural district of San Vicente, Vélez, Santander, Colombia, at 1,810 meters above sea level.

Selection and processing

A single-origin microlot, without blends, selected bean by bean. Medium roast and 24 hours of anaerobic fermentation. Special selection: 30 out of every 100 selected beans become part of the microlot.

Brewing and storage

Choose whole beans if you have a grinder, or ground coffee for your brewing method. Keep the coffee in its tightly closed bag, in a cool, dry place, away from light and strong odors.
