Selection and processing

A single-origin microlot, without blends, selected bean by bean. Medium roast and traditional washed processing with 24 hours of anaerobic fermentation.

Brewing and storage

Choose whole beans if you have a grinder, or ground coffee for your brewing method. Keep the coffee in its tightly closed bag, in a cool, dry place, away from light and strong odors.
